Using rubber seal between plastic parts to achieve the waterproof purpose, using SABIC C6200 PC/ABS and SHINETSUKE-5612GU silicone rubber, both two material with high grade of fire resistance.
Description
Customer needs the waterproof and fire resistance plastic shell for electronic product. Customer wants us to suggest the proper plastic material to meet product requirement. The product length is about 20cm and slim, it needs to consider the gate location and better tooling cooling system first.
If I was to compare all the other injection moulding companies we have dealt with, I would say Aifa is on the very top of the list.
